BLACK FRIDAY SALE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Black Friday Sales Terms and Conditions (“BFS Terms”) govern the placing of orders ("order") with GET SHIT DONE (GSD International Pty Ltd). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your BFS order of any GET SHIT DONE’s Products. By submitting your Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Ending date: December 01th 2022 at 05.00 pm (Australian Eastern Time | UTC+10)

TERMS

When placing a BFS order for GET SHIT DONE products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.

 

GET SHIT DONE shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

 

You will be charged the full price (after discount) of theProducts at the time of placing the BFS Order. The payment will be processed as a standard sale (including freight cost). If you are purchasing the products in Australia, Taxes are included. If you are purchasing the products from outside Australia, we don’t cover import/customs taxes, VAT and duties, in this case, we recommend checking locally if any further tax is applicable; in most cases, there is a free tax range price cap where you don’t need to pay any extra tax.

 

GET SHIT DONE will ship products according to the order in which the BFS order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associatedwith your Products. If you cancel your reservation in accordance with the Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list.

 

All the Products purchased during the BFS order stage will commence dispatching from our warehouse in Sunshine Coast – Australia on Friday, November 25th 2022. Standard freight times are applicable after shipping, depending on your delivery address; you will get an email with the tracking information.

 

Although we will make efforts to begin shipping Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of shipping date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and GET SHIT DONE does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, GET SHIT DONE is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in Section 6 below.

 

The Buyer or the Seller may cancel this order by terminating the BFS order at any time for any or no reason, prior to the Seller's notice to the Buyer that the Product has been shipped.

 

If GET SHIT DONE cancels the reservation to the Buyer, the Buyer will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest. GET SHIT DONE will credit back the amount paid to the original method of payment.

 

If the Buyer cancels the order, because the products have been purchased with special discounts, GET SHIT DONE standard 30 days refund policy does not apply, instead, the Seller will refund the money on store credits that can be used by the Buyer to purchase any of the GET SHIT DONE products available in the project GET SHIT DONE website (www.projectgetshitdone.com), the store credit will be active for twelve (12) months. These Pre-order Terms override the GET SHIT DONE 30 days refund policy.

 

Once the Products are received by the Buyer, they can be exchanged for the same item in a different size. Standard GET SHIT DONE Exchanges Guidelines apply.

 

Refunds are not accepted with BFS orders.

Once the Products have been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

 

Under no circumstances will GET SHIT DONE be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event that GET SHIT DONE is held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.

 

We will use any information that we may collect about youonly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

GET SHIT DONE reserves the right to change any of theterms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of anymaterial changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancelyour reservation as described in Section 6 above.
