GET SHIT DONE is a brand of GSD International Pty Ltd an Australian own company founded and located on the Sunshine Coast - Australia.
Do you have retail stores?
No, we are an online store business, in this way, we can reach our local and international users. Sign up for our newsletter to get the latest insights including future retail stores.
What payment types do you accept?
In Australia
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, shopPay, PayPal and Afterpay (not valid for pre-orders).
Outside Australia
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, shopPay and PayPal.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
Our website will automatically recognize your geographical location and the items’ prices will be shown in the recommended currency allowed for your region.
Please check the currency at checkout prior confirming your transaction, during the checkout when calculating shipping, the cart will be updated based on the currency allowed to your shipping country.
What currency will my order be charged in?
AUD in Australia.
NZD in New Zealand.
GBP in the United Kingdom (UK).
EUR in countries belonging to European Union (EU).
USD in the United States of America (USA) and any other country not listed above.

Does the displayed price include tax?
In Australia
Yes, the displayed amount includes the item cost and total taxes (GST), the shipping cost will be calculated and added at the checkout.
Outside Australia
We cover the local Australian taxes. We don’t cover import/customs taxes, VAT and duties outside Australia. These taxes can vary from one country to another. We recommend checking locally if any further tax is applicable. In most cases, there is a free tax range price cap where you don’t need to pay any extra tax.
Can I cancel my order?
When your order is placed, you have started the process to get our gear close to you. Unfortunately, once you have placed the order, you cannot cancel it. You can return the items when you receive them, please keep in mind our return guidelines. Please take into account that the shipping cost isn’t refundable.
Can I return a gift card?
Unfortunately, the gift cards are not refundable.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Where do you stock your products?
We stock our shoes/clothing on the Sunshine Coast in Australia.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we can ship the GET SHIT DONE gear into the following countries Australia, New Zealand, United States of America (USA), United Kingdom (UK), countries of the European Union (EU), Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Brazil, Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. The shipping cost will be calculated and added at the checkout. If you need our items to be shipped to a country that isn’t listed, please contact us via our contact form here, our team will do their best to support you and get the GET SHIT DONE gear to you.
What are your shipping fees?
In Australia
Free for any footwear or any order over 140 AUD. For orders below 140 AUD shipping cost will be calculated and added at the checkout.
Outside Australia
The shipping cost will be calculated and added at the checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In Australia, 3 to 8 business days.
Outside Australia 1 to 3 weeks.
How does international shipping work?
Once your order is placed, our team will dispatch your items from Australia to you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your order details and tracking number. You can also track your item using the Shop App, no inputs, just follow the link generated when your order has been confirmed on our website.
Can I change the delivery address after the order have been placed?
When your order is placed our system automatically chose the freight company and generates a tracking number. If you need to change the delivery address, once you have received the email with the tracking number, you can directly contact the freight company and request the address update, you will need to confirm your identity to the freight company.
Can I order online and do a local pick up?
No, we don’t offer local pick up.
What is your returns policy?
You can have peace of mind when ordering our products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. Once we have received the items and confirm they meet our return guidelines, we will credit back the item cost less the original shipping cost paid to send the items to you (Shipping isn’t refundable). The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
The returns are free in Australia for all our products (Socks are excluded), which means if you are in Australia, we pay the shipping cost to return the items.

How do I exchange my items?
You don’t need to wait to get your hands on the GET SHIT DONE item you want; order the new item and initiate a product return considering the return guidelines, in this way, your GET SHIT DONE item will be in your way meanwhile you send back to us the one you are exchanging.

How are refunds processed?
To get a refund you will need to initiate a return process. Once we have received the items and confirm they meet our return guidelines, we will credit back the item cost less shipping cost to the original method of payment. Optionally, you can get store credit for new releases.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you received a different item from the one you ordered, please don’t wear the items and contact our team immediately after receiving the items. Our team will contact you to clarify any issue and make sure you get full satisfaction by choosing and using our products. We will reply to you within 48 hours.

Where are your products designed?
We have our internal team in Australia and external cooperation partners in the UK.
Where are your products manufactured?
We use multiples factories in Asia. Always refer to your product label to identify the manufacturing country.
How do you ensure the quality of your shoes?
We work closely and directly with our factories and suppliers to ensure that every step of the development process is conducted correctly. We are committed to always working with honesty, integrity and obligation with ourselves, our business partners and users.
How do your shoes fit?
The liberator collection is true to size fit. They were specifically designed to provide a sock fit like, they will feel slightly tight at first, but they will rapidly break in. To find your right fit please check our size table.
What should I do if I think my item is faulty?
At GET SHIT DONE we engineer and manufacture our products following the higher industry standards. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our team here. We will contact you to clarify any issue and make sure you get full satisfaction by choosing and using our products.
